Welcome to Cars Executive LTD. By booking and using our private hire taxi services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which are in accordance with UK motoring laws and regulations. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
1.1 “Company” refers to Cars Executive LTD, the operator of private hire taxi services licensed in accordance with UK regulations.
1.2 “Customer” refers to any individual or entity booking and using our services.
1.3 “Driver” refers to a professional licensed under UK law to operate a private hire vehicle.
1.4 “PHV License” refers to the Private Hire Vehicle License required by UK authorities.

2. Licensing and Compliance
2.1 Cars Executive LTD operates under the regulations set by the relevant UK licensing authority.
2.2 All vehicles and drivers hold valid licenses as required by the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 and other applicable UK motoring laws.
2.3 Drivers undergo Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and meet medical fitness requirements.

3. Bookings and Reservations
3.1 Bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email. Immediate pickups are not permitted unless pre-arranged.
3.2 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email, SMS, or written acknowledgment.
3.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off details, contact information, and any special requirements.

4. Payments
4.1 Payment options include cash, debit/credit cards, or online payment systems.
4.2 Full payment is required upon booking or as agreed with Cars Executive LTD.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellations made more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund
5.2 No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours will be charged the full fare.
6. Passenger Conduct
6.1 Passengers must comply with UK road safety laws, including wearing seat belts.
6.2 Smoking, eating, or drinking in the vehicle is prohibited unless permitted by the Driver.
6.3 Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle and will be charged for repairs or cleaning.

7.1 Cars Executive LTD is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond its control.
7.2 Passengers must allow sufficient time for their journey, especially for airport transfers.
